We want all our customers to receive high-quality products. If the product you received has a defect or if the product you received is incorrect or missing, please contact our customer service department. If you send us an email, please provide as much detail as possible, including your order number, and a photo if there is something wrong with one of the products.
If you are not completely satisfied with the product you have received, you may return the unused product(s) in the original packaging within 14 days of receiving the product.
The shipping cost of the returned product must be paid by the customer.
